Mahesh Babu’s SPYder takes internet by storm

The first teaser of superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual “SPYder”, a thriller based on bio-terrorism, was unveiled on Thursday and in no time it took the Internet by storm.
The one minute and 14 seconds teaser, which features a hi-tech spider, hints that the film could be high on technical wizardry. The creepy crawly, although its VFX version, gets more space in the teaser than Mahesh himself.
Directed by A R Murugadoss, the film deals about bio-terrorism. “Mahesh Babu plays an Intelligence Bureau officer who takes on infectious agents with the help of hi-end technology. The film is very high on action and it features Mahesh in his most sophisticated avatar yet,” said a source.
Also starring Rakul Preet Singh, SJ Suryah and Bharath, the film has music by Harris Jayaraj. The film, made on a lavish budget, is gearing up for September 30 release.

Young actor replaces Akkineni hero

Akkineni handsome young lad Naga Chaitanya is on cloud nine after his latest outing Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam has been declared as a blockbuster. The actor has many interesting projects and he announced a film with Tamil filmmaker Karthick Naren. The movie is expected to start rolling from August this year however Chaitu walked out of the projects which is said to be a bilingual citing date issues.
The makers have been in hunt for the replacement. The latest update says that Sundeep Kishan has been roped in to play the lead role in the film. The film has been titled Naraga Sooran (Telugu title yet to be locked) and the regular shoot of the film will start from the last week of August.
Sundeep Kishan is currently occupied with many interesting projects and the makers have been eagerly waiting for the young actor to start the shoot. The film may hit the screens during early 2018.

Sensational director Shankar who is known for his challenging films is all set with 2.0 which is said to be the costliest ever Indian film till date. Rajinikanth is the lead actor in this film which is the sequel for Robo. Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar is the lead antagonist in the film and Amy Jackson is the female lead.
The climax of the film along with couple of songs are yet to be shot. Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar moved to their respective commitments and will join the sets back when Shankar is all set for shoot. The latest update says Shankar is specially designing the climax episodes and he wanted enough time for them to be shot.
With Rajini and Akshay aware of the plot, the duo came out with two different points as per their view. Rajinikanth suggested that it should be based mostly on VFX work while Akshay suggested some realistic stunts to be shot on the lead actors. The final decision will be taken by Shankar who is currently busy with the work.
There is no update about the shooting schedules and Rajini is currently in Mumbai shooting for his next Kaala. 2.0 is produced by Lyca Productions and it will hit the screens early next year.

Tabu roped in for Akkineni hero’s next

Akkineni’s youngster Akhil Akkineni finally started shooting for his second film after a break for over a year and half. Vikram Kumar of Manam fame has been roped in to helm the project which is said to be an emotional romantic drama. The movie wrapped up two major schedules and the female lead of the film is yet to be locked.
As per the latest news, Tabu has been roped in to play Akhil’s mother in the film and she will join the sets of the movie from the next schedule. It was Nag who convinced Tabu for the role after Akhil and Vikram Kumar felt that she would be apt.
Tabu too has been excited about the role and it has been revealed that she has a prominent role to play in this untitled project. Vikram Kumar is busy finalizing the heroine and Nagarjuna’s Annapurna Studios is producing the movie. Ekkada Ekkada Undo Taraka is the title under consideration for the film.

Super Star Mahesh Babu’s upcoming movie Spyder is on the last leg of its shoot. Earlier, Spyder was supposed to release on June 22nd but it got postponed to September 22nd as a Dasara treat to Telugu audience. Sources inform that Spyder complete shoot is going to wrap up by June 2nd.
Ongoing reports suggest that the makers of the movie have prepared two teasers and one will be released on eve of Super Star Krishna’s Birthday.
Mahesh Babu’s First teaser from Spyder will be out on May 31st at any cost but there is no update information about the second teaser. For the first time, Rakul Preet will be seen playing as a love interest in Spyder alongside Mahesh Babu where the actor will portray as an intelligence officer in the movie. Baahubali2 records shattered by Aamir Khan’s Dangal

Prabhas-Rajamouli’ Baahubali-The Conclusion box office record which was set by them will last for years.The compete film with Baahubali is Aamir Khan’s Dangal it is collecting earth shattering revenue at the global box office.
Sources informed that Baahubali 2 has grossed Rs.1500 Cr in worldwide within in 24 days and lately the war epic drama has fallen drastically after the end of 4th Weekend. So, Worldwide Gross is going to be just around Rs 1,550 crore in 28 Days.
On the other hand, ‘Dangal’ collected Rs 740 Gross Worldwide (excluding China) in its full run. In China alone, This Wrestling-backdrop Flick recovered $126 Million (Rs 828 crore approx) till Today and still counting.

Daredevil stunts for Balayya’s next
Nandamuri Balakrishna is busy shooting for his next movie in the direction of Puri Jagannadh which is yet to be titled. The movie is said to be a mass entertainer and Balayya will be seen as a gangster in the film. The shoot of the film is currently going on in Portugal and some action episodes are being shot.
Balayya is said to have been shooting for some daredevil stunts for the film and a chopper chase is currently being canned. He has been performing the stunts without any body double which left the makers in surprise.
The forty days schedule started on May 11th and will continue without any breaks. Shriya Saran is the female lead and Anup Rubens is composing the music. This film is quite crucial for Puri Jagannadh who has been struggling with debacles. Bhavya Creations is bankrolling this prestigious project which has been aimed for Dussehra release. Balakrishna’s stylish gangster look is said to be the movie’s major highlight.
