Salman khan Race 3

Review
Race 3
Rating – 1/5
Duration – 159 Min.

Director – Remo D’Souza

Producer – Ramesh S.Taurani, Salma Khan

Star Cast – Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem & Freddy Daruwala.

Plus Points
1. Excellent photography.
Superb locations. Tons of flying bullets, exploding cars, high voltage action and extravagance are visible in every frame. Technically it’s a very high quality product.

2. Anil Kapoor’s performance is the only saving grace from the top notch star casts.

Minus Points
1. Salman khan disappoints badly. Throughout the film, his expressions are constant. Rest of the star casts (Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem & Freddy Daruwala) look like junior artists.

2. Story hardly exists; horrible screenplay and dailogues are not even functional. In nutshell, the writing is terrible in all the 3 departments.

3. In the entire film, there’s hardly any suspense. Abbas Mustan’s Race 1 & 2 (2008/2013) thrills were totally missing in Race 3.

4. Director Rohit Shetty would get complexity if he sees the number of high brand imported cars exploding in Race 3.

5. Why is the film made in 3D?Sheer waste of technology, money & energy on this mindless and idiotic film.

6. Die hard fans of Salman Khan too, will be deeply disappointed. In fact many of them would give it a miss.

7. Remo D’Souza’s 90% of the work has been taken care by the action choreographer (Thomas Strenthers). Though many action scenes are too long & boring.

8. Word of month will be negative & this will be detrimental to the film’s business.

9. Bad come back film for Bobby deol.

10. Horrible first half. Though nothing’s great in the second half either.

11. If the entire film is re-edited, the result would be the same.

12. No entertainment, no emotional scenes (though Salman Khan for hundred of times keeps on saying “Family”)
13. Not a single song is hit.

We request the producer of this film, for God’s sake, don’t threaten the audience by making Race 4.

Box office
Film has taken a good opening (50 to 55%) & likely to do good business by weekend due to Eid and weekend holidays.
The Real test will be on Monday.

(Film promos were disappointing & failed to create any curiosity among the masses. Film will struggle to reach 200 Cr mark)

Distributors are likely to suffer losses in Race 3 ,similar to last year’s Eid release of Salman Khan – Tubelight (23/6/2017).

Yuddham Saranam is a disaster

Looks like Naga Chaitanya has learnt the lesson the hard way and will never give chances to family and friends for his films. He took a risk when he gave a chance to his childhood friend Krishna to direct a film called Yuddham Saranam.

The film was promoted quite heavily but the result is very disappointing. There are not takers even on the third day as the audience has rejected the film completely. The overseas results are even more disappointing as the film has not even collected 100k which is a disaster.

Chaitanya needs to work carefully and check on his subjects with which he is going to work. Just as he knew the result of the film, he immedieatly joined hands with Chandoo Mondeti who gave him his much needed hit with Premam.

As he is busy with his wedding now, he will kick start a fresh and work on a couple of projects which woul bring him back in the game.

Spyder Business 170 crores before release

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Spyder is gearing up for wide release this Dusshera. A bilingual spy-thriller, the film marks the first time collaboration of Mahesh and filmmaker AR Murugadoss. Thanks to the overall buzz surrounding the project and the combination of Mahesh and Murugadoss, the film is said to have already earned more than Rs 170 crore from its pre-release business. Apparently, around Rs 135 crore was earned from the film’s theatrical rights across languages, the rest was earned through satellite, audio and miscellaneous deals.

Review Paisa Vasool 2.75 Only for Nandamuri Fans

Nandamuri Balakrishna always shares a love and hate relationship with his fans but his fans love him to no extent. So, for them, Balayya has come in a mass avatar in the form of Paisa Vasool which is out today. With Balayya impress and give Puri his much-needed break, read on to find out.

Story:-

The entire police force is after a mafia don called Bob Marley who is based in Europe. So, in order to nab him, a cranky gangster called Teda Singh(Balakrishna) is hired. But the twist in the tales arises when a journalist(Shreya) also gets involved in all this setup and makes things even worse for Teda Singh. How will this cranky Teda Singh sets things right and what is his actual story is the film all about.

Cast and Performances:-

Balyya Babu is in full form as Teda Singh. He exactly gives what his fans want and that is fun. Balayya’s punch dialogues are a riot and the way he fights all the goons are laced with humor. Especially the mannerisms that Balayya does in the film will be a rage with the masses.

Shreya Saran has a tiny role but looks drop dead gorgeous. Kyra Dutt looks cheap in the role of an ACP. Muskaan Sethi is cute but she has not been used well. Rest of the cast is the same tabla batch from Puri’s old films.

Technical Department:-

The film has some grand visuals and some songs are pretty good. Screenplay by Puri Jagan is routine and does not have that edge. Background score is pathetic and has no effect at all. Puri Jagan needs to be blamed for writing such a poor story for Balakrishna.

It is nothing but a boring remix of his hit film Pokkiri. Not once does the plot excites you at all as all the proceedings are easily predictable and you know what is exactly going to happen next.

Highlights :

Balayya’s role
Songs

Minus Points :

Copied story
Routine screenplay
Boring execution

Summary :

Paisa Vasool is one film which is only for hardcore Balayya fans. If you prepare you self in that manner then Balayya and Puri will give you full time pass. The only thing you need to ignore is the routine story and the jaded narration. This one is only for Nandamuri fans and no on else.

Arjun Reddy’s collections surprise trade pundits

Arjun Reddy is one film which has created a sensation all over the Telugu states. This film has taken the trade by surprise as it has collected 10 crores in just four days of its release.

This is serious money as the film has been made only on a budget of 2 crores and the film has a long way to go still. In the US, the film is killing it even more as it has already crossed the one million mark.

Trade pundits say that if the film runs at the same speed it will even touch the two million mark. Even though the film is rated A, the crowds are just thronging the theaters for a glimpse.

Vijay Devarakonda has single handedly brought a huge craze for this film. His performance is leaving everyone impressed big time and we need to see what wonders this film will create in the future as well.

Review : Arjun Reddy – Tollywood Reaches New Heights

Arjun Reddy’s mania has hit all over the Telugu states. The film which is eagerly awaited has hit the screens today. Will it live up to its expectations, just read on to see and find it out yourself?

Story:-

Arjun Reddy(Vijay Devarakonda) is a surgeon who in a relationship with one of his juniors(Shalini) from college. But tragedy strikes the couple as the heroine’s father forces her to leave Arjun and gets her married against her will. This break up shatters Arjun’s dream and he goes bonkers. What kind of trauma does he go through and how does he come out is the story of the film.

Cast & Performances :

Vijay Devarakonda gives the performance of a life time. Such a wild and intense performance you might have surely not seen in the last five years for sure. The way he shows his agony and is unapologetic about it is the biggest plus. His role will shock you and at the same time feel bad for him. Newcomer Shalini is apt as the calm lover. Hero’s friend Rahul Ramakrishna is superb as the friend who supports the hero all time. His role is the biggest key for Arjun Reddy’s impact. Rest of the supporting cast is pretty good.

Technical Department :

The set up is so contemporary that no Telugu film has come out like this in the recent time. The film looks raw, sober and at the same time quite wild. This is ably supported by the brilliant background score and amazing camera work. Director Sandeep Reddy is a man to watch out for as he has put the Telugu cinema on to another level. He has dreamt of things which no one could and has also succeeded in it which is a great thing in Telugu films.

Highlights:-

Vijay Devarakonda’s performance
Hard Hitting break up scenes
Superb Narration

Minus Points:-

Lengthy Run Time

Summary:-

Arjun Reddy is one film which will stay with you even after you come out of the theaters. It is one of the most progressive films made ever on Telugu screens and will be a rage with the youth. It is shocking, intense, riveting and entertaining in its own way. Don’t miss such films as they are made very rarely
