Sunil’s next confirmed with young director

The comedian turned hero Sunil is back in track by fetching good collections with latest release Jakkanna.

Now, he will be teaming up with Jai Bolo Telangana fame N Shankar for a Telugu remake of a Malayalam blockbuster named Two Countries. The director fetched the remake rights of the film and will be made under the production banner Mahalakshmi Arts.

Most of the film will be shot in USA and apparently the director felt that Sunil is the perfect fit for the role. The entire details of cast and crew will be announced shortly. It would be interesting to see Sunil is a romantic comedy next.

Senior anchor expects a baby soon

 From a long while this actress and TV host is missing from action. Of course she’s got a valid reason for it. As per latest reports, Mr & Mrs Udaya Bhanu are expecting a baby very soon.

 The 43yr old anchor has always been fond of children and that is one of the key reasons why she chose to host the kids show Pillalu Pidugulu earlier. All this while, her niece was her pet but now she is apparently excited about becoming a mother and is taking all measures for a safe delivery.

Just a day gap between Megastar and Balakrishna’s film release

The two most awaited films of Tollywood – Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 & Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra Satakarni are releasing this Sankranthi 2017 feasting the Mega, Nandamuri & Telugu cinema fans.

 Well this is something we all know but here a latest update about the release dates of these films. As per inside sources, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra Satakarni will hit the screens on the 12th of January & Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 will release on January 13 within a single day gap.

 Something similar happened last Sankranthi wherein Jr NTR’s Nannaku Prematho, Balakrishna’s Dictator & Sharwanand’s Express Raja released with a single day gap and fortunately all the three films turned out to be commercial hits. Hope the same would repeat even this time as both #NBK100 & #Chiru150 are unique films. Anyways it is good to see senior heroes Chiru and Balayya locking horns at the box-office after a long while.

Janatha Garrage release date changed

Jr NTR’s 26th film- Janatha Garage is one of much anticipated films of the season and it was scheduled to hit the screens by 2nd of September. However as per the latest sources, the release date is going to be changed.

It is releasing a day earlier i.e. 1st September as there is going to be a bandh in Kerala State on the 2nd of September and however the official updates has yet to be made on this release date change. In one way it is indeed happy news for Tarak & Nandamuri fans as the release is going to be earlier than announced date and now the festive season would starts from 1st of September itself.

Meanwhile the Janatha Garage team posted the last day shooting pictures through their social networking sites and now with this update everything is cleared for the grand release.

Is NTR power or Koratala’s talent behind Janatha Garrage success?

However, one film has sent jitters across the Tollywood circuit and nobody is daring to release their films against it. We are talking about the movie Janatha Garage and few pundits are wondering whether the reason for that is NTR’s power of director Koratala Siva’s talent.

All movies are stepping aside and keeping their releases away. The expectations are touching the sky. Coming to the point, many opine that it is a combination of both NTR’s star power and Koratala’s track record which is creating this impact. Not to mention, the presence of Mohanlal is adding to the excitement.

Superstar’s film title to Universal star

It is a common culture to bestow titles to star heroes and that becomes more like a surname to them. Each star hero has got his own title like that and one among them is Kamal Haasan. From a long time, he has been called as the Universal Star in English and Ulaganayagan in Tamil.

Recently, Kamal added one more title to his name as he was officially bestowed with the title of Chevalier de L’Ordre Arts et Lettres (The Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters). Prior to him only the Tamil legend Sivaji Ganesan got this prestigious title.

While that may be so, Kamal’s dear buddy Style Samrat Rajnikanth came up with his own title. He congratulated Kamal on Twitter and mentioned he is this generation’s Nadigar Thilagam. This title was actually given to Sivaji Ganesan. We have to see how many will adopt this new title then.

Manchu Vishnu to romance his lucky Muscat yet gain

Sentiment plays an important role in the film industry and filmmakers have sentiments of many types. Hit pairs and combinations are the outcome of these sentiments.

Coming to the story, Manchu Vishnu roped in Hansika for his upcoming film titled Luckkunnodu. This is a comedy thriller directed by Raaja Kiran (of Geethanjali, Tripura movies fame). Well this is the third film for Vishnu & Hansika and their earlier films Doosukeltha, Pandavulu Pandavulu Thummeda were hits. Hence Hansika is now being dubbed as Vishnu’s latest sentiment. And adding to it, even Hansika hasn’t featured in any Telugu film of late after Raviteja’s Power movie.

Meanwhile, the regular shooting of Luckkunnodu will commence from next month. Hope this ‘H’ (Hansika) setiment helps Vishnu score a consecutive hit after Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam.

Ram Charan clears all the air about his cameo in #Chiru150

Mega family & Mega fans are currently busy with the celebrations of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 61st birthday and most importantly Chiru’s most awaited Khaidi No.150 first look and motion poster.

 Mega Powerstar and Khaidi No.150 producer Ram Charan talking to the media a short while ago thanked all the Mega fans for their charity activities today across the globe. He also added that over 50% of the shoot is already completed with just fight sequences & songs pending. When quizzed about his special cameo in this 150th film, Ram Charan hinted that chances of his cameo in one of the songs are still alive.

 The Mega producer requested the fans to wait till Diwali for a full-fledged look of Chiru from Khaidi No.150. As scheduled earlier, this 150th film shall hit the screens for Sankranthi 2017.
