Vamshi Paidipalli, who has extraordinary command over the emotional dialogues in his films Brindavanam and Yevadu, is coming up with his forthcoming film Oopiri. The film stars Nagarjuna Akkineni, Karthi and Tammanah in lead roles.

The makers of Oopiri have announced that the teaser of this movie will be released on the 20th of February. After the stupendous success of Manam and Soggade Chinni Nayana, Nagarjuna comes in a totally different role. The superhit Awara combination of Karthi and Tamannah reunite again to recreate their magic on screen. The film also stars Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Ali and Kalpana in other roles. Oopiri has music by Gopi Sunder and PS Vinod handles the camera.

Santosh Narayanan is the film’s music composer and the audio launch will be held in Malaysia very soon. Rajinikanth’s salt and pepper look became the talk of the town ever since the posters were released by the makers. The pre release business for the film is quite solid and the makers are planning a huge release in Telugu as well.

The film is being bankrolled by Allu Aravind under his Geeta Arts Banner. The combination of Ram Charan and Allu Aravind has delivered blockbuster hit Magadheera in 2009. And with the duo reuniting for another film, the expectations on this project has hit the roof. The makers believe that they have teamed up for something bigger than Magadheera. The film has been titled as Dhruva and it was launched in a grand gala ceremony in Geetha Arts office earlier today. The regular shooting of this film will begin from Monday i.e on February 22.
