AP CM heaps praises on Kanche

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu had some very nice words to say about director Krish’s Kanche in the assembly.
 
Speaking about the National Awards won by Baahubali and Kanche, the AP CM said that Telugu people are second to none in terms of talent in this world. He praised Kanche for its social theme that is very relevant in this day and age.
 
“Krish has shown how important it is to remove the fences of caste, religion and regionalism in the movie beautifully. It is a very important lesson that we must learn. We cannot develop if we do not tear down these fences”, said Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the assembly.
 
Kanche has received a lot of acclaim from film lovers and this National Award has given the team a much needed boost just before their next project.

Nagarjuna and Karthi’s ‘Oopiri’ has received brilliant critical acclaim and tons of positive feedback. The film is doing superbly in overseas markets and to a certain extent, in the multiplex dominated Nizam area.
 
But in the rest of the state, the film’s revenues are underwhelming. Theaters are not reporting the kind of revenues that the team expected and this has caused some flags to be raised at PVP’s office. They have decided to increase the publicity spend and the team may go on a success tour soon.
 
Apparently, mass crowds are finding it a little difficult to connect to the movie’s screenplay, especially in the second half. They enjoyed watching Nagarjuna as Bangarraju just a few months back and this wheelchair bound Nagarjuna seems to be a little too much for them to handle.
 
The final result of the film will depend upon other summer biggies. We will have to wait and see how this goes.

Team Sardar Gabbar Singh is busy canning a romantic duet between Pawan Kalyan and Kajal Aggarwal in the picturesque valleys of Switzerland. This schedule will be wrapped in the next few days. The post production work is also nearing completion and makers are confident on releasing the film on April 8th.
 
As per the latest update, the censor formalities will be held on the 31st of this month. The entire film barring one song will undergo scrutiny on 31st. The left over song will be viewed by the censor board on April 2nd and the certificate will be issued on the same day.
 
KS Ravindra aka Bobby is directing this much anticipated film and Pawan Kalyan’s close friend Sharat Marar is producing it on Northstar Entertainment banner. Lakshmi Raai is playing a crucial role in the film. Devi Sri Prasad is the film’s music composer.

It is common knowledge that Anil Ravipudi of Pataas fame teamed up with Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej for an out and out commercial entertainer titled Supreme – Don’t Sound Horn is the tagline. Happening beauty Rashi Khanna is the female lead and she is playing a cop in the film. The shooting of the film is on the verge of completion and the makers are planning for mid Summer release.
 
According to the latest updates, the audio launch will take place on the 14th of April in Hyderabad. Shilpakala Vedika will host the event and Megastar Chiranjeevi is expected to grace the event. Sai Karthik is the music composer. Sai Dharam Tej is playing a cab driver and the first look posters have generated a good buzz on the film.Supreme is being funded by Dil Raju on SVC banner.

Young Tiger NTR’s ‘Janatha Garage’ will not be the usual run-of-the-mill mass entertainer. NTR has decided to stop acting in mindless action films after the debacle of Rabhasa and he is choosing his scripts wisely.
 
His latest film ‘Janatha Garage’ will have some very powerful scenes and excellent fight sequences. But those will be backed by a strong story. Koratala Shiva is a good storyteller and that is the reason for his success with ‘Srimanthudu‘ and ‘Mirchi’.
 
‘Janatha Garage’ will therefore have some very natural scenes and even the fight sequences are reportedly going to be composed in a very realistic manner. The stunts of fighters bouncing from the ground like balls will not be present in this movie.
 
NTR and Samantha are the lead actors in this movie and Mohanlal is playing an important role. Mythri Movies is the production house behind the movie.

At one stage this has crossed limits and Parasuram who lost patience attacked Honnoroppa brutally with an iron rod. And due to this unprecedented attack, Honarrappa was helpless. Lots of blood was lost and before he was taken to hospital, he took his last breath. The police are on the lookout for the Chiru fan. Further details are awaited.

Tamil star Vijay’s upcoming mass entertainer ‘Theri’ is getting ready for a release soon. The movie will also have a simultaneous Telugu release and Dil Raju is expected to release the movie here.
 
Though a formal announcement was supposed to be made today, the team put it on hold because of a lack of clarity from the production house about the title. Vijay and his team wanted to name the film as Winner, but Tagore Madhu has already blocked it for one of his films and he is in no mood to give that title away.
 
Vijay and his team are now searching for another suitable replacement. The film’s director is Atlee and he made a very strong impression with the film Raja Rani. He has directed this movie with a big budget.
 
Theri’s Tamil version is being produced by Kalaipuli Thanu and GV Prakash Kumar is the music director.

Venkatesh, who is one of the most versatile heroes in south India, is currently busy with the shooting of ‘Babu Bangaram’. This out and out mass commercial entertainer is being directed by Maruthi and Venkatesh is quite happy with the output.
 
The film’s producer, Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, has confirmed that the movie’s shoot is going to be over by end April. “We are looking at a July release and we are very happy with the progress”, he said.
 
The movie’s music is being composed by Ghibran and the gorgeous Nayanathara is playing the female lead. Venkatesh is expected to be seen in an entertaining police officer’s role in this movie.
