Kamal Haasan to unveil SPB father’s statue

Legendary actor Kamal Haasan will be unveiling the statue of popular playback singer SP Balasubramanyam’s father SP Sambamurthy, on 3rd October in Balu’s hometown Nellore. Several dignitaries from the film and political worlds like union minister M Venkaiah Naidu, stalwart director K Vishwanath, state minister P Narayana etc will be gracing the event.

SP Sambamurthy was a noted Harikatha exponent and he also acted in several stage plays. Apart from the statue unveiling ceremony, a Swachh Bharat cleanliness drive and a Swachh Bharat Musical program will also be organised coinciding with the event.

Post-production work speeds up for Ravi Teja’s Bengal Tiger

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s upcoming film Bengal Tiger is in last leg of its shoot. The Switzerland schedule, in which a couple of songs were shot, was wrapped up recently.

As per the latest update, the post production work is going on at a brisk pace and the makers are planning to release the film very soon.

 The audio will be unveiled in October. Gorgeous beauties Tamannaah and Rashi Khanna are the female leads in the film. Bheems Cecireleo is the music composer. Racha fame Sampath Nandi is the film’s director.

Young actor Harshavardhan Rane and Bollywood actor Bommani Irani are essaying crucial roles. K.K Radha Mohan is the producer for the film.
