Megastar ropes in Balayya’s script writer for his 151st film

 

Megastar Chiranjeevi received thumping response for his performance in Khaidi No 150. The actor is now all excited to start his next project which is about the life story of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.

 Surendar Reddy will direct the movie and Paruchuri Brothers have been closely working for the project from the past few years. The script work of the film has been wrapped up by Paruchuri Brothers however Megastar Chiranjeevi felt that the script needs one more writer to turn perfect.

Sai Madhav Burra is one among the top writers of Telugu cinema and he received exceptional response for his work for Gautamiputra Satakarni. Some of the episodes have been well elevated because of the dialogues after which Chiranjeevi wanted Sai Madhav Burra on board. The team are currently working on the script which will be wrapped up soon. The movie will be launched officially on August 22nd on the eve of Megastar’s birthday and the regular shoot will follow.

Young actor Nikhil is back with Keshava which is all set for summer release. This Sudheer Varma’s directorial has been carrying massive expectations ever since the teaser of the movie has been out. Keshava is said to be an action thriller and Ritu Varma played the female lead.

The movie has been initially planned for release on May 12th however the latest reports say that the film has been postponed by a week and it will hit the screens on May 19th.

Naga Chaitanya too is gearing up for a summer release with Rarandoy Veduka Chuddam which is touted to be a family entertainer. Kalyan Krishna Kurasala is the director and the movie is all set for a massive release on May 19th release.

Now Nikhil is all set to clash with Chaitu’s Rarandoy Veduka Chuddam. Rakul Preet Singh is the female lead and Annapurna Studios is bankrolling the movie.

Box office collections: Baahubali 2 on records breaking spree

Prabhas’s Baahubali-The Conclusion has become a talk of the town since last two days. Finally, Many of them got to know why Kattappa killed Baahubali and the movie is garnering well at the box office.

Touted to be war epic drama revolves around Baahubali and his cousin Bhallaladeva’s (played by Prabhas and Rana Daggubati) fight for the throne of the fictional kingdom of Mahishmati.

Vijayendra Prasad said that when he was in a dilemma about the presentation of interval scene in which Bhallaladeva was to be crowned the king of Mahishmati, he came across an audio event in which Pawan Kalyan’s fans raised the ‘Powerstar Powerstar’ slogans despite his absence. This has flattered the ace writer. Inspired by Pawan’s adulation among his followers, Vijayendra Prasad scripted the interval block in Baahubali 2. In the meantime, Baahubali 2 is unstoppable in all territories. The film has collected 200 Crores gross on its opening day and set for a strong first weekend.

Baahubali 2 first day collections, smashes all records

 

Baahubali fever has hit the nation once again with the release of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus hit the screens on Friday and fans couldn’t get over the excitement and rushed in to theatres to know the answer as to why Kattappa killed Baahubali.

 

With tickets of Baahubali 2 sold out days in advance, records were meant to be broken in terms of box office collections. The movie has become the first movie to cross 100 Crore nett in a day in India.
