Rana reveals interesting facts about Baahubali 2
Macho hero Rana Daggubati has finally opened up on the role of Bhallaladeva’s wife in Baahubali: The Conclusion, the sequel to Baahubali: The Beginning. He revealed that Bhallaladeva has time to romance only his throne but not with his wife. It was recently rumored that Shriya Saran had replaced Lavanya Tripathi as Ballaladeva’s wife in the franchise. But both actresses were surprised by these rumors and said nobody from the Baahubali team had approached them for any role in the sequel.
Ever since they clarified on the issue, the question on everyone’s mind is Will Bhallaladeva have a wife at all in the sequel? However, now Rana Daggubati denies the role of his wife. When quizzed about his wife in Baahubali 2, Rana said, “No kidding! Bhallaladeva has time only to romance the throne. And moreover, if there is a new addition, it would be announced. What’s there to hide?” Rana further said, “I obviously can’t divulge much. But one thing is for sure… You’ll see me in an avatar which is meaner and villainous than in Bahubali — The Beginning. You have to watch it to understand what I mean”.
Baahubali set in the kingdom of Mahishmati ended with the murder of Baahubali and Bhallaladeva taking over the throne. The second part will unravel this murder mystery and it will show how Shivudu takes revenge on Bhallaladeva. Rana Daggubati will appear in a more villainous look in Baahubali 2.
Rana Daggubati is now reportedly busy with the shooting of the Hindi and Telugu bilingual movie Ghazi, which features him as an executive naval officer of the Indian Submarine S21. He is expected to soon join the team of Baahubali, which is currently being shot in Hyderabad.

For example, very recently they bought Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gadha rights for 15crores and now they are buying Sai Dharam Tej’s Supreme for more than 20 crores. Incidentally, Abhishek’s main competitor, Dil Raju, is the producer of the movie. Abhishek is also now venturing into movie production. They are making a movie with Bellamkonda Srinivas and Boyapati and contemplating another movie with Nani.
We have exclusively learned that son of Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivasa Yadav, Sai Kiran Yadav is main person behind this. Talasani historically had a good relationship with the film industry and his son seems to be taking that to the next level. However, one wonders what is the motive of going very aggressively when they know for sure that it is going to be a loss venture. Producers are definitely not complaining as they are no longer bound to a Dil Raju or a Sudhakar reddy.
