Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 99th movie Dictator is gearing up for the massive release on the eve of Sankranthi. The film’s shooting is on the verge of its completion and the post-production works are also progressing simultaneously. 
 
It is already a known fact the audio launch will be held on the 20th of this month in the newly formed state capital Amaravati amidst political and film celebrities. 
 
If the latest reports are to be believed, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Nara Chandra Babu Naidu will be the chief guest of the audio launch and will grace the event. An official confirmation is awaited in this regard.
 
Earlier, Chandrababu Naidu graced the audio launch of Balayya’s Lion.  Directed by Sriwass, the film is produced jointly by Sriwass and Eros International. Anjali and Sonal Chauhan will be seen romancing Balakrishna and senior writers Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan have penned the story and screenplay.

Young Tiger NTR’s highly anticipated film Nannaku Prematho has been postponed from January 8th to January 13th.  It is learnt that the makers are ensuring that they don’t miss out of the Sankranthi race.  The Spain schedule is currently underway and NTR will join the unit shortly. 
 
This is the final schedule and the unit is planning to wrap it up by December 15th.Due to a slight delay in the proceedings, the makers have pushed the release date to January 13th. 
 
Currently, the post production is in full swing and will be completed by the end of this month. The audio launch date will be announced very soon.
 
Sukumar is directing this stylish action entertainer and Rakul Preet Singh is the female lead. Jagapathi Babu and Rajendra Prasad are essaying crucial roles in the film. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer and BVSN Prasad is producing the film.

It is already a known fact that Gopichand’s upcoming film ‘Soukyam’ audio release will be held on the 13th of this month in Ongole. As per the latest reports, Nandamuri Balakrishna will grace the event.
 
Directed by A.S.Ravikumar Chowdary, the film will be produced by Anand Prasad under Bhavya Creations banner. Anoop Rubens is the music composer. The first look posters and trailers have impressed the audience big time.
Currently, the post production works are progressing at a brisk pace. Regina Cassandra will be seen as Gopichand’s love interest in this film. Soukyam will hit the screens on December 25th, 2015.

With three back-to-back hits, Nayanthara is currently is probably one of the top actresses in the southern film industry. After proving her mettle in a solo role in Tamil horror-thriller ‘Maya’,  Nayanthara has bagged yet another heroine-centric film. 
 
This yet-to-be titled film will be produced by filmmaker A. Sarkunam. As per the latest reports, the film will be directed by Sarkunam’s former assistant Dass Ramaswamy. Touted to be a crime-thriller laced with comedy, the film will go on floors soon. The pre-production work is currently underway.
She will soon start working with Vikram in a yet-untitled Tamil project and will also await the release of romantic-drama ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’. Meanwhile, in Telugu she’s all set to start with Venkatesh in Maruthi direction.

The latest update is that Tollywood popular actors Nandamuri Tarak Ram and Kalyan Ram donated 10 lakhs and 5 lakhs respectively to the Tamil Nadu CM Relief Fund as a financial aid. 
 
A few days ago Sampoornesh Babu showed his kind side by donating 50000 from his side. Needless to say, this generous deed by Tollywood actors will surely help the people in needy.

Two Tollywood legendary actors Balakrishna and Nagarjuna are going to lock horns at the box office. Balayya’s Dictator is scheduled to release on January 14, while Nagarjuna’s ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ is all set to release on the same day.
It is also heard that Nagarjuna has already blocked some theaters in AP and Telangana states. This will become a major hurdle for Balayya’s Dictator release. There were also many rumors that a big fight was brewing between Balakrishna and Nagarjuna, after Balayya gave ANR funeral a miss.
Directed and produced jointly by Sriwass, the film has Anjali and Sonal Chauhan as the female leads. senior writers Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan have penned the story and screenplay. On the other hand, Nagarjuna  is playing dual roles in Soggade Chinni Nayana which has Lavanya Tripati and Ramya Krishna as female leads.

The star comedian Brahmanandam’s son Gautham, who made his debut with ‘Pallakilo Pellikooturu’, will be making his comeback with a film titled Vaadevadu. Popular director Gautham Menon’s protege Ramesh Desina will direct the film.
 
According to the latest update, Nara Rohit has been roped in to this interesting project, which is a crime comedy, to essay the role of a cop. Gautham will be playing a thief in the film.

It is already a known fact that the Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan will be remade in Telugu with Mega Powerstar Ram Charan playing the lead. As per the latest reports, young musical duo Jeeva and Adhi, who are well known as ‘Hiphop Tamizha’ will be making their Tollywood debut with this film.
 
Jeeva and Adhi are known for their blockbuster album Hip Hop Tamizhan, which is the first hip hop album in Tamil. They also composed soundtrack for Thani Oruvan and Vishal’s Indru Netru Naalai.
 
Currently, the pre production work is going on at a brisk pace and the film will be formally launched in January. Surender Reddy will direct the film and Allu Aravind will produce it in association with another producer. Legendary actor Aravind Swamy will reprise his role in the Telugu remake. The makers have yet to finalize the leading actress for the film.

Venky-Nayantara’s next gets a title

The title of Venkatesh- Nayantara starrer, which is being directed by Maruti is titled as ‘Babu Bagaram’. The film will  go on sets from the 16th of December. Termed as successful combo, Narayantara and Venkatesh have worked together in Lakshmi and Tulasi. This will be their third film. 

 
After Anamika, the remake of Kahani Nayantara did not work in a Telugu film. This will be her comeback film in Tollywood. As of now, the pre-production works are progressing at a brisk pace. 
 
Touted to be a comedy and family entertainer, the makers are planning to release the film during summer, 2016.
